If you are a new student and have not complete the registration process, you can still search the individual courses by clicking on Textbooks, Select Courses. You can choose the term and search based on course codes.

You are purchasing a digital book, not a physical textbook. Most digital book is on a rental term so review how long you will have access to the content. The benefit of digital book is cheaper than physical copy.
Most likely the email address entered during the checkout process is invalid, therefore, the email was undeliverable. Email thecore@norquest.ca with the order number and we can resend the  instruction to redeem the access code.
Most likely during the redemption process, there was an error with inputting the email address. Reach out to our partner, Campus eBookstore, to explain the situation and include the correct email address and the access code. Email instruction will be resend to the correct email address.
There are some digital eBooks that require a unique course key that an instructor create that will have additional learning resources and other materials for students. We do not have access to this information, reach out to your instructor for the information.
